Rental Administrator

The Rental Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate rental and leasing customer information.

Responsibilities

  1. Rental unit files must be detail oriented and maintain files daily.
  2. Handle phones for the General Manager and Sales Manager.
  3. Make reservations and do paperwork to check rental trucks in and out including thorough physical damage inspection.
  4. Maintain rental customer list with up to date credit files and insurance certificates.
  5. Maintain lease customer mileage reports obtain end of month mileage readings.
  6. Make telemarketing calls to solicit rental lease or contact maintenance business.
  7. Coordinate rental truck washing and maintenance with shop.
  8. Prepare and print proposals for GM/Sales dept.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Three years’ clerical/secretarial experience.
