Each year Rush Enterprises presents “Excellence Awards” to employees representing all skills across the nation. This highly prestigious award is presented to employees who exemplify our culture in their pursuit of excellence. Employees are nominated by their Manager for our “Excellence Award”. Our executive teams reviews each nomination. The selected Employee and their guest are invited to an all-inclusive weekend in San Antonio and attend the ceremony dedicated to our employees .
