We offer a Tool Assistance Loan Program that provides interest free loan assistance toward the purchase of new tools. Our Apprentice Tool Kit Program helps entry technicians get started in their career with an apprentice level Tool Kit.

Uniforms are provided at no cost to technicians. This includes pick-up, cleaning, and return to the location – all at no cost.
VIEW TECHNICIAN CAREERSService, Body Shop and Parts Warehouse employees will be provided reimbursement of up to $200 every 12 months toward the cost of safety boots. Boots must be purchased from the company’s designated boot supplier.

In 2016, winning technicians shared more than $200,000 in cash and prizes. This prestigious event brings together the most skilled service technicians from our network to attend advanced training courses to hone their technical skills while competing in multiple categories for the opportunity to earn cash and prizes.
